Real Groovy
As an assignment for Yoobee I was tasked with creating a full marketing campaign for a company of my choice. I decided to market Real Groovy, an Auckland based vinyl record and film store.
About
Real Groovy has been one of my favorite stores for a long while. They're famous in New Zealand as the go-to record store in Auckland. However, a lot of people aren't aware that they also have a large Blu-ray and DVD collection too. So, for a mock social media campaign as part of my study at Yoobee, I decided to promote this section of one of my favorite businesses.
Designed posters and social media graphics to promote the Nelson Community Foodbank's Spring Drive. Using a combination of photography and doodles throughout. I wanted it to have a playful community vibe, almost as if it was written on old newspaper, whilst remaining modern. This campaign was posted on social media and throughout Nelson, including in local supermarkets such as Countdown and New World.
